Mobile Phone Repairing Course के आज के lesson में आप Non-Electrolytic Capacitor (PF Capacitor) की PCB पर पहचान, इसका काम और संभावित खराबी सीखेंगे। अगर आपके पास कोई पुराना खराब mobile phone है, तो उसे खोलकर PCB Circuit Board निकालें और सावधानी से रखें। Mobile phone PCB पर ये Capacitors छोटे parts में मिलते हैं और Network तथा Power से जुड़े अलग-अलग circuits में लगे हो सकते हैं।

Identification
Mobile Phone PCB पर Non-Electrolytic Capacitor अलग-अलग colours में मिल सकता है। इस lesson में दिए गए examples हैं:
1. Gray Colour और White Stripe
इस type का Capacitor बीच में gray colour का और दोनों तरफ white stripe वाला दिखाई दे सकता है। यह Network या Power से जुड़े circuit में लगा हो सकता है।
2. हल्का Brown या Yellow Colour और White Stripe
कुछ Non-Electrolytic Capacitors हल्के brown या yellow colour के होते हैं और इनके किनारों पर white stripe दिखाई दे सकती है।
Works
यह PCB पर Direct Current (DC) line को filter करने में मदद करता है। Capacitor energy store और release करके voltage को stable रखने तथा electrical noise कम करने में भी मदद कर सकता है।
Faults
अगर Capacitor faulty या short हो जाए, तो उससे जुड़ी line या circuit प्रभावित हो सकती है। Capacitor open हो जाने पर filtering का काम भी प्रभावित हो सकता है। समस्या का असर उस circuit पर निर्भर करता है जिसमें Capacitor लगा है।
Practice
एक mobile phone की PCB लीजिए और उस पर gray तथा हल्के brown या yellow colour के Non-Electrolytic Capacitors पहचानने की कोशिश करें। किसी Capacitor की polarity नहीं होती; उसकी सही पहचान के लिए PCB layout या circuit diagram देखें।

यह DC line को filter करने में मदद करता है और voltage को stable रखने के लिए energy store तथा release कर सकता है।
नहीं। इसमें Electrolytic Capacitor की तरह positive और negative polarity नहीं होती।
उससे जुड़ी line या circuit प्रभावित हो सकती है। असर Capacitor के circuit में काम पर निर्भर करता है।
Multimeter के capacitance mode या LCR meter से check करें। PCB पर लगे Capacitor की reading आसपास के components से प्रभावित हो सकती है।
Overvoltage, physical damage, खराब soldering या water damage से Capacitor या उससे जुड़ा circuit प्रभावित हो सकता है।
नहीं। Jumper Capacitor का सामान्य replacement नहीं है। पहले circuit और fault की जाँच करें।
Non-Electrolytic Capacitor की polarity नहीं होती। Electrolytic Capacitor में positive और negative polarity होती है। दोनों का आकार और circuit में उपयोग अलग हो सकता है।
